"Very productive and warm meeting with my British colleague Yvette Cooper in Antalya.

I briefed Secretary Cooper on the consequences of Russia’s latest attacks against our cities and civilians. We discussed the outcomes of the recent UCDG meeting. I thanked the UK for its significant defense contributions. 

The United Kingdom shares our assessment that pressure on Russia must be increased. We coordinated relevant next steps. 

Following President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's participation in yesterday’s meeting on the Strait of Hormuz, we addressed the situation in the Middle East and efforts to ensure freedom of navigation. 

We discussed our bilateral track and explored further steps to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience, including the PURL initiative, joint defense production, and efforts to prevent Russia’s illegal recruitment in African countries".
