According to the results of monitoring the state of the educational rights of ethnic Ukrainians in Russia and ethnic Russians in Ukraine, carried out by the Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities on March-April 2009, it was noted that the Russian minority cultural and linguistic rights in Ukraine are satisfied in a much better way than it is usually provided to the national minorities in other OSCE participating States. |
