On the 19th of June the Representative of the Embassy of Ukraine on the invitation of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain attended the Heroes' Day, which took place in Tarasivka (Weston on Trent, Derbyshire).

During the Ceremony, the participants raised the National Flag, kept the Holy Mass and laid flowers at the monument to the Heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine.

In the speeches on the occasion, the main aspects were made on the need to preserve the National unity in struggle against Russian aggression and the memory of Ukrainian heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine in the past and protecting Ukraine now.
