Ukraine issued its inaugural USD1.25bn sovereign Eurobonds on London Stock Exchange at the end of April 2021.

The notes were admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange’s main market on 4 May 2021. The offering received bids in excess of USD3.3bn from 223 investors. Geography of investors: United Kingdom (42%), USA (34%), and continental Europe (21%).

The timely and important return of Ukraine to foreign capital markets showcases Ukraine’s attractiveness to international investors.
