Within the framework of the official visit to the United Kingdom, Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Defence of Ukraine, held talks with Mr. Gavin Williamson, the UK Defence Secretary.

The parties focused on discussion of the security situation in Ukraine, phases of defence reform, and national defence potential as well as signed the Joint Statement of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
