On behalf of the people of Ukraine and myself, I congratulate Your Majesty and the people of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Your Majesty’s Birthday.

On this festive day, it is with great respect that I join Your Majesty’s admirers all over the world and sincerely rejoice with Your Majesty and The Royal Family, who are pursuing an honourable cause in the interest of peace and well-being.

I highly appreciate the atmosphere of mutual understanding, trust, and support that exists in the relations between our states.

From my open heart, I wish Your Majesty good health and inexhaustible energy, and to the friendly people of the United Kingdom peace, harmony and prosperity.
