Boris Johnson and Witold Waszczykowski expressed confidence that the Russian aggression against Ukraine needs resolute rebuff and that the pressure on Russia from the international community has to be strengthened in order to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine in its internationally recognized borders. Minister Klimkin outlined the practical support that the United Kingdom and Poland are rendering to Ukraine in training Ukrainian militaries, providing medical assistance to wounded Ukrainian soldiers as well as conducting consistent social and economic reforms.
