Natalia Galibarenko was First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. She had previously served as Deputy Head of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna (Austria). She participated in numerous bilateral and multilateral negotiation with the EU, Council of Europe, OSCE and other international organisations.
